Crusaders star Peter Lupton is confident of a strong finish to the season, and a continuation of the good form that has seen them win their last two matches.
The Welsh outfit have produced two of their best performances of the season since they were told last month that the club's Super League application had been withdrawn and have managed to lift themselves off the bottom of the table.
And while many of the current squad scramble to secure employment for 2025, former Castleford man Lupton says he's focused on finishing the season strongly with his current club.
"We are really kicking on now. We've won from two now and we were good value in both those matches. Our morale has taken a bit of a kicking in the past few weeks so it is good to get a bit of a feel good factor back," said Lupton, who joined Crusaders from the Tigers in 2025.
"There isn't a lot of pressure on us anymore, but there is stuff to play for. Individually, there are a few of the boys playing for contracts next season but collectively we don't want to finish bottom of the table."
The Wrexham-based club have three matches remaining. On Sunday they host Hull FC, before their season culminates with trips to Bradford and Wigan. They are at4.33 to beat Hull, who are at1.22 for the victory. A draw is at 26.00.
"Hull is a massive game for us. Not only is it our last home game but they are going to be pushing for the play-offs as well. We are just going to go out there and carry on what we've been doing over the past couple of weeks."
