New Southampton manager Mauricio Pochettino has vowed to go on the attack as he prepares for his first game in charge at home to Everton on Monday evening.
Pochettino replaced Nigel Adkins in the Saints hotseat earlier this week and is keen to put his stamp on his new side, starting at St Mary's against the Toffees.
Southampton are currently three points clear of the dropzone after four draws and a win in their last five league games.
Pochettino said after being unveiled at the new man in charge on the South Coast: "I'm an aggressive manager, in the positive sense. I like to play dynamic, pressure football, with an attacking nature that the fans can be proud of watching their team.
"I have the best first impression already and I have been pleased with the professionalism shown at all levels of the club.
"The biggest challenge is to win all the games that are ahead of us. That is the mentality that we need to have going into the games as a team."
Pochettino has at least one major selection issue to ponder, with striker Rickie Lambert having come off the bench to score in the 2-2 midweek draw at Chelsea.
The 30-year-old has scored ten times in the Premier League so far this season and is7.50to open the scoring at St Mary's, with Southampton3.60to earn a draw and4.33to keep a clean sheet.
