Midfielder Joe Allen has urged his Liverpool team-mates to move on quickly from their shock FA Cup exit, with a trip to Arsenal next up on Wednesday evening.
The Reds slumped to a 3-2 defeat at League One Oldham Athletic on Sunday, but they have little time to dwell on their fourth-round exit as they take on the Gunners in an important game for both sides' top-four ambitions.
That is quickly followed by a trip to the Etihad Stadium to take on champions Manchester City next Sunday.
Allen told The Echo: "We've got to move on from this. We have got two massive league games and we have to get back to the way we have been playing recently.
"In general our league form has been good. We have to put this behind us and focus on gaining points to climb the table."
Liverpool, who have lostjust once in their last five Premier League visits to Arsenal, are3.10to secure a victory on Wednesday evening and are4.33to keep a clean sheet.
The Gunners, who won 2-0 at Anfield in early January, are2.30to take all three points, with Lukas Podolski8.00to open the scoring, just as he did on Merseyside.
Reds boss Brendan Rodgers is likely to make a number of changes, having opted for a youthful line-up against the Latics, with skipper Steven Gerrard among those left on the bench.
