Yaya Toure is ready to take out his recent heartbreak at the African Cup of Nations on the rest of the Premier League.
The Manchester City midfielder will go straight back into the line-up for the Saturday evening trip to face Southampton.
City are priced at1.66to take all three points, Saints can be backed at5.75 and the draw is4.00.
Toure, who has been absent for the last five weeks, has been licking his wounds after Ivory Coast were knocked out by Nigeria last weekend.
But the former Barcelona man insists he is ready to make up for lost time after some City fans reminded him of the job in hand - retaining the Premier League title.
Toure admits: "Of course, we are disappointed. We tried our best out there but it wasn't good enough this time and now I am only focusing on City.
"I feel like I am home again. I met some City fans before my flight from Paris back to Manchester and they said 'Welcome home, Yaya'.
"They said they wanted me to help the team and bring happiness to our supporters. That's what I now aim to do."
Yaya's brother, Kolo, will also be included in the squad and could come into the equation if Vincent Kompany runs out of time to recover from his recent calf injury.
