Jose Mourinho believes his Real Madrid side have a 50/50 chance of reaching the Champions League quarter-finals after their 1-1 draw against Manchester United.
Last season's La Liga champions,51.00to retain their title and7.00to win the Champions League, had to come from behind at the Bernabeu after Danny Welbeck had headed Sir Alex Ferguson's team into a 20th-minute lead against the run of play.
But ten minutes later, former United star Cristiano Ronaldo headed home the equaliser to leave the last-16 encounter on a knife-edge.
After the match, former FC Porto, Chelsea and Inter Milan manager Mourinho said: "Everything is open for the second leg and I think this will go to the last minute.
"If you ask me for a percentage, it's 50/50. We can score more than one goal over there. It was not a surprise, the match or the result. It was tactical for them not for us.
"I don't think Rio Ferdinand or Jonny Evans put one foot in our half and they were waiting for a set-piece and a counter-attack to score a second goal. We are a team that normally has to chase the game but they did well and the result is open."
The second leg is scheduled to take place at Old Trafford on 5th March.
