Leinster lock Devin Toner says that the players are looking to give head coach Joe Schmidt the perfect parting gift before he joins Ireland.
The New Zealander will become the Emerald Isle's boss when the current campaign ends with the Dublin-based outfit.
Schmidt has led the club to two Heineken Cup titles and to three successive RaboDirect Pro12 finals in his stint with the province.
They will take on Stade Francais in the final of the Amlin Challenge Cup on Friday and Toner hopes the team can end his tenure on a high as they look to finish the season with two trophies.
Leinster are1.14to win the Amlin Challenge Cup and1.57to emerge victorious in the RaboDirect Pro12 Grand Final against Ulster later this month.
Tonersaid: "I think it's in the back of the lads' mind that we do want to do it for Joe. I think it would be a pretty good send off, I think he would be happy with it.
"We're just going at it a game at a time but I suppose, if you look at it, it's going to be the same for them.
"Stade's coaching set-up is stepping down at the end of the season as well so they're going to be gunning for it the same."
Friday's European game will take place at Leinster's home ground and Toner believes that it will be a huge advantage.
"It's massive," he added. "We always love playing at the RDS, I think you can tell with the support that they're really vocal, they get behind us so it's a really big factor for us."
