Queens Park Rangers manager Neil Warnock is hopeful of making several new signings in the January transfer window.
The R's are currently 16th in the Premier League and just two points clear of therelegation places, with Warnock's men3/1to go straight back down the the Championship.
However, the Rangers boss is determined to avoid that fate by strengthening his squad in the New Year, having held several rounds of talks with club chairman Tony Fernandes.
Warnock said: "I will be looking to bring in at least three or four players. We are working hard and I am having many conference calls with the chairman over who we may be able to bring in.
"It changes day to day as players become available that you think you can buy or loan in, but there are areas we want to improve on and I think we will get the players we want.
"If I can get some good business done then what a great end of season we can have - I'm looking forward to it."
Next up for Rangers is a derby clash with Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium on New Year's Eve. The R's are9/1to keep a clean sheet against the Gunners and14/1to secure a goalless draw.
