Amir Khan's camp has announced Lamont Peterson has agreed to a rematch, with the fight to take place on 19th January in Las Vegas.
Khan lost his WBA and IBF light-welterweight titles to the American in controversial fashion in January in Washington. The Bolton fighter appealed against the decision and the WBA ordered a rematch in January, which in turn led to an appeal from Peterson against the WBA.
However, the fight is now set to take place at the Mandalay Hotel, with Khan announcing on Twitter: "At last I git (sic) the fight I deserve".
Khan can be backed at1.20 to win the fight, with Peterson at 4.50. A Khan win by a knockout is available at 2.25.
"We have a deal, we are all set. This is going to be a big, and I mean a very big fight," Golden Boy chief executive Richard Schaefer told Sky Sports.
"The first fight was a terrific fight, an all-action fight, a lot of controversy, a lot of questions surrounding it so this one here is hopefully going to clear up all these question marks."
He added: "(Security) will be very tight and Las Vegas is probably the best commission in the world and I know they are going to make sure that everything is going to be totally above board.
"I've already had conversations with the Las Vegas commission to make sure that it is going to be absolutely neutral ground for both fighters."
