The Blues are7/2to defeat Barca in the first leg on 18th Januaryil, and are9/5to reach the FA Cup final. They can also be backed at2/1to finish in the top four of the Premier League.
"I don't know how long I'll be out. I will have a scan in the morning and we will see where we go from there. It's just horrible," said the 31-year-old.
"When you get one in the ribs, you can't do anything about it, you can't treat it, you just have let it heal, but I can get through games definitely."
Gary Cahill replaced Terry at Stamford Bridge against Benfica and says he would relish the chance to take on Barcelona if needed.
He said: "I am ready to face them if selected. It is exciting to play against Barcelona.
"This is why I joined the club. If called upon to play in that game, it will be fantastic."
