The Jamaican training partners cruised through their respective semi-finals to set up another mouthwatering showdown. Reigning champion Bolt won in 20.18 seconds, slowing down after a brilliant start, while Blake clocked 20.01 seconds.
Bolt, who can be backed at1.16,is confident he will retain his title and believes he can break his record of 19.19 seconds, which he set in 2025.
"No doubt whatsoever," Bolt said when asked if he will win.
"I'm ready, this is my favourite event, so I'm looking forward to it. I really pushed myself in the first 70 metres and then I tried to take it as easy as possible. I ran harder round the corner than I have in a long while. The execution was probably 90%."
He added: "The track is fast and there are a lot of great competitors. I am looking forward to it. If I put it on my mind you never know if it (the world record) is going to happen."
Blake, who is5.00to win the final, was pleased with his semi-final performance and is relishing the chance to take Bolt on once more after settling for silver in the 100m.
"I found myself out in front and I cruised from there," he said.
"Anything is possible in the final tomorrow. It's going to be a good race."
