QPR winger Junior Hoilett is desperate for a confidence-boosting victory over West Ham United as the Hoops look for rock-bottom lift-off.
The former Blackburn Rovers star said in the build-up to Monday's clash between the two London sides at Loftus Road: "A win will boost confidence. When you don't get your first win everyone is looking for it and talking about it. We are playing well and not getting the results but that is not what we need.
"We need to get the results now. Once we get the win we can start building the belief in the squad. It will take a lot of pressure off us so that's why I'm looking forward to the game."
The home side will be without Anton Ferdinand, Jose Bosingwa and Fabio who all have hamstring problems while Armand Traore has a leg injury. However, Adel Taarabt could return.
Meanwhile, West Ham midfielder Gary O'Neil has recovered from a knee injury and Yossi Benayoun could make his first start since moving back to the club on loan.
Modibo Maiga could keep his place with on-loan Liverpool striker Andy Carroll (hamstring) still unlikely to play.
