Agnieszka Radwanska admitted that she is playing well enough to challenge at the Australian Open, having ended Heather Watson's run in the third round.
The fourth seed has yet to drop a set this year, having won titles in both Auckland and Sydney and was close to her best as she disposed of Watson 6-3 6-1.
Afterwards, the fourth seed said of her stunning run of results: "I have played a lot of good matches against top players this year and I must say I am playing well, everything is working.
"I just hope I can keep going, but now it is going to be harder and harder playing against seeded players. We'll see."
Radwanska, a beaten finalist at Wimbledon last year, is11.00to be crowned Australian Open champion, with Serena Williams1.83and defending champion Victoria Azarenka5.00.
Watson, who had survived three-match thrillers in the opening two rounds was clearly impressed by her conqueror, adding: "That's what makes Radwanska so good.
"She's always there every game, so you can't have a second because she will just take the next few points."
Next up for Radwanska is a fourth-round meeting with former world number one Ana Ivanovic, with the Pole1.25to make it through to the last eight.
