Lewis Hamilton accepts that the combination of Sebastian Vettel and Red Bull is proving impossible to beat in Formula 1 this season.
Vettel won the Italian Grand Prix at Monza on Sunday to move 53 points clear of the pack and the German is now1.03 to win a fourth straight drivers' title.
And Hamilton, who endured a difficult weekend in Italy, finishing ninth in the race, admits that the combination of car and driver that Vettel and Red Bull bring to the party is currently almost unstoppable.
He told reporters: "At the end of the day Sebastian is driving very well, I have to give credit to him. He's driving as he should do as a world champion.
"Also, he's got the best car and he's delivering with it."
Meanwhile, Ferrari ace Fernando Alonso has vowed to battle on to the end of the season, despite believing that making up a 53-point gap to Vettel is a near impossible task.
He added: "Even if we have to be realistic about our championship chances, as it's not an easy task to close down a 53-point gap in the few remaining races, anything can happen.
"We will believe in our chances all the way to the finish line in Brazil, always trying to give a hundred per cent."
