Chelsea captain John Terry believes that returning manager Jose Mourinho is already instilling the unity needed to bring more success to the Stamford Bridge club.
Mourinho won the Premier League title twice during his first spell in charge of the Blues and Terry is confident that his side will be challenging for more silverware this season.
England defender Terry told the Daily Mirror: "It is us against everyone else and I think that is what made us when he was here before and we are very much in the same mould again.
"His man-management is excellent and he makes people want to play for him, he has it spot on. If there was a managerial manual, he would tick every box."
Chelsea have started the new league season with two wins and a draw, earning a goalless draw at Manchester United in their last outing.
And with the Red Devils and Manchester City expected to be the Blues' main title challengers, Terry hopes that the return of Mourinho will make the difference.
He added: "Hopefully, what we know about Jose and what Jose knows about the Premier League will make the difference in the title race."
