Vincent Kompany insists Manchester City are ready to take out their Premier League frustrations on Bayern Munich on Wednesday.
The Blues skipper admits Manuel Pellegrini's team are growing increasingly frustrated by their Jekyll and Hyde showings this term.
And City will certainly have to be at their free-flowing best if they want to get the better of the current Champions League holders at the Etihad this week.
Manchester City are now3.25to win the Premier League title outright this season and are3.40to beat Bayern Munich on Wednesday.
City will be looking to bounce back from the shock 3-2 weekend defeat at Aston Villa, despite twice taking the lead against Paul Lambert's battlers.
And it is all the more perplexing for Kompany and the rest of his team-mates, having thumped neighbours Manchester United 4-1 the previous weekend.
The Belgian, however, has a word of warning for Bayern, insisting: "You know what, if anything, we will now be even more motivated to make things right.
"We could have comfortably had five or six goals at Villa, we have to make sure in the next game that we don't make the same mistakes.
"We've lost games before. Every team is the world has. It is now all about the reaction in the next game."
