Sergio Aguero has challenged his Manchester City team-mates to keep on scoring for fun when they host Cardiff City on Saturday.
The Argentinian striker scored his 20th goal of the campaign just 47 seconds after appearing as a substitute in Wednesday's 5-0 FA Cup third round replay hammering of Blackburn Rovers.
Aguero, who had been sidelined or a month with a calf injury, has seen strike-partner Alvaro Negredo pick up the baton in his recent absence.
'The Beast' has since overtaken Aguero as the club's top scorer, with one goal more, having notched nine in his last seven appearances.
And boss Manuel Pellegrini now has the difficult task of deciding whether to resume their lethal pairing, with Edin Dzeko also in decent scoring form.
City are on 99 goals for the season and Aguero,4.33to open the scoring against Cardiff and4.00to score two or more goals in the match, insists there can be no let up when Ole Gunnar Solskjaer brings his team to 'Fortress Etihad'.
Aguero insists: "Maybe in a week I'll be on top form. I hope I can play a little longer on Saturday. We are doing very well.
"We have improved a lot since the start of the season. We are all playing very well, the strikers, midfielders - so we are building a great team and we need to continue scoring goals."
