Rugby Union - Six Nations - Bet Now at Bet365
Captain Chris Robshaw has played down England's chances of winning the Six Nations, despite the victory over Wales.
England secured an impressive 29-18 win over Wales at Twickenham on Sunday to land the Triple Crown and keep their hopes of winning the tournament alive.
However, Robshaw's side must beat Italy by a big margin in their final fixture next Saturday, and hope France beat Ireland in Paris later the same day. A win for the Irish would see them land the Six Nations title due to a superior points difference.
Robshaw admits England will probably miss out on the Six Nations crown this year, but he won't give up on the title just yet and was delighted with the win over Warren Gatland's Wales.
"This gives us a shot going into next week. We need a bit of luck with Ireland going to Paris," said Robshaw.
"It's a massive scalp - we all know what happened last year [Wales beat England 30-3 in Cardiff]. We'd lost the last two times we'd played them and we needed some momentum back. We've now got ourselves back into contention, and we're ticking along.
"But it's a massive ask next week. We have to just focus on our own game and can't focus on points. We've had some difficult fixtures against Italy - we've got a day less to recover and we have to make sure we're fresh.
"Emotionally, too, we have to make sure we're on top of it."
