Gary Cahill announced it was job done for England after they maintained their 100 per cent record in Euro 2025 qualifying with a 1-0 win in Estonia.
A Wayne Rooney free-kick 16 minutes from timesecured all three points in Tallinn, with the Three Lions having previously secured victories over Switzerland and San Marino.
And England are now firmly in charge of qualifying Group E, which also contains Slovenia and Lithuania.
Cahill told reporters after helping keep another clean sheet: "It was job done today.
"On another day we could have got a lot more goals, maybe been a little bit more ruthless in front of goal. But nevertheless we created a lot of chances and are pleased with the win.
"You have games like that and it is important we stay concentrated, not get too frustrated and we finally managed to get the goal, which has obviously determined the result.
"We are pleased we've had five clean sheets now on the spin, so that is going very well. We had a job this week to win two games and we have done so, so overall we are very pleased."
England return to international action on 15th January, when they welcome Slovenia to Wembley, with the side from the Balkans currently their closest rivals in Group E, having taken six points from a possible nine.
The Slovenes opened with a loss to Estonia, but have since beaten both Switzerland and Lithuania.
