Trainer Tony Martin is hoping Gallant Oscar can pick up a third win over fences in Thursday's Thyestes Chase at Gowran Park.
The Blades lost the first leg of their semi-final clash 1-0 to Spurs at White Hart Lane on Wednesday as an Andros Townsend penalty proved the difference.
Clough, who has overseen cup victories over Premier League sides Southampton, West Ham and QPR this season, remains convinced his League One outfit can recover from the 1-0 defeat and book a place in the final at Wembley.
"We didn't want to sit back, we wanted to try and get a goal, but we are still in it and with a one-goal deficit we can do it," Clough told BBC Sport.
"With the crowd behind us, the key is to not concede a goal. There will be 25,000 of our fans there and it will be a special night - we will give it everything we can."
The second leg will take place at Bramall Lane next week and the Blades will need to win to secure a spot in the final.
The winner will face either Chelsea or Liverpool in the final at the start of March after the two top flight clubs drew 1-1 in the first leg of their last four clash at Anfield.
