Andy Murray will start Great Britain's attempt to return to the Davis Cup World Group after a five-year absence with a game against the Croatian teenager Borna Coric on Friday.
Coric, who is only 16, last week lifted the Junior US Open trophy in New York, and currently has a world ranking of 525.
Ivan Dodig takes on Dan Evans, who recently reached the third round of the US Open, in the second rubber while Murray will team up with Colin Fleming in Saturday's doubles.
On Sunday, in the reverse singles, Murray faces Dodig and Coric takes on the new British number two Evans.
Great Britain overturned a 2-0 deficit for the first time since 1930 when they beat Russia 3-2 in a Europe/Africa Zone Group I second round clash earlier this year. Great Britain are1.25to beat Croatia.

Meanwhile, defending champions Czech Republic have included Radek Stepanek and Tomas Berdych in their team for the World Group semi-final against Argentina in Prague.
Stepanek plays the first game against the world number 30 Juan Monaco before Berdych meets Leonardo Januaryer in the second of Friday's singles matches.
The doubles encounter sees Czech duo Lukas Rosol and Jiri Vesely come up against Carlos Berlocq and Horacio Zeballos.
